The Birthers are Legit According To The Tea Party
From someone I know who is at the Tea Party who tweeted this:
"Joseph Farrah just hijacked the tea party in Nashville claiming the birther movement is a legit part of tea party activism."
I told ya, these people are nuts!

>

The "movement" was hijacked when Judson and Sherry Phillips decided to organize this convention. They are totally on the right-wing fringe - believe that the Democratic Party should be called the "Democrat Party", don't believe Obama's legit as President, think all taxes are bad, went bankrupt in 1999, invited Sarah Palin to be keynote speaker.... do I need to go on? This Convention is an eyesore to the whole political reform movement and it's a group of the most extreme haters and wingnuts you'd ever see.

I don't actually buy into the so-called 'birther' range of thinking for reasons I've previously given (the birth announcement in that Hawaiian newspaper clipping) but I'm not going to throw the 'believers' out with the bathwater.
Because we do share a commonality: disgust at the modern far-left Democrats, who have taken that once-proud party to near-Marxism.
What we need is for both parties to come closer to center. Until the left-wing of the Democrat party (that wing includes all the current leadership: Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and the 'thinkers' who breed their sorts in academia: those I term 'dirty socialists') then we require those of us on the supposed "Far Right" as offset.
You're welcome!

Hoping the national news media gets a full dose of Tea Party crackpot so they can see how fringe this group they've tried so hard to mainstream truly are. They bought the talking point that Tea Party is "non partisan" but I don't know any Democrats disillusioned with the party who buy into birtherism, 10 Commandments in the courthouse, anti-gay and anti-immigrant views we've heard for three days.
I think our news media is the problem, not the solution.

That's because you, Southern Beale, are now of the subset of Democrats, one of the (for now) far-left vassals of Obama and his agenda; YOU are now part of the problem. We see you and yours as THE PROBLEM, because you want this CHANGE that will eventually rip this nation apart.
You'd better look again at exactly who is divisive. We, Conservatives, disagree with just about everything BHO &c. are proffering. Therefore, we are the RAAAAACISTS! and destroyers, huh?
This country gets along just fine without the CHANGE BHO is wanting, thankyouverymuch. We aren't the ones promoting this divisive CHANGE. Conservativism means NO CHANGE, at least not without input from both sides. BHO is a far-left radical who wants to move this country ALL AT ONCE.
Not. gonna. happen.
